Terminalia chebula:
Terminalia chebula is best known for its health benefits within the digestive system. Traditionally, it is found in natural colon cleansers and used to address constipation, digestive disorders, irregular fevers, flatulence, ulcers, vomiting, colic, and hemorrhoids. It is also a good source of vitamin C and the minerals selenium, potassium, manganese, iron and copper. Its fruit is also considered to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Phyllanthus Emblica:
Phyllanthus Emblica, or Indian gooseberry, is traditionally used in Ayurveda to aid digestion, soothe the stomach, and potentially alleviate conditions like acidity and bloating. It’s believed to stimulate digestive juices, promote healthy bowel movements due to its fiber content, and detoxify the body. Phyllanthus Emblica has a cooling effect that helps balance excess heat in the digestive tract, which can cause inflammation and discomfort.
Terminalia Bellirica:
Terminalia Bellirica has been mentioned in several ayurvedic scriptures and journals for various indications which include useful in fever, Relieves cough, treats indigestion, relieves burning sensation, relieves breathing difficulties, enhances stomach fire, helps in digestion, stimulates appetite, improves breathing, prevents ageing, prevents bleeding and treats diarrhoea.
Cuminum Cyminum:

One tablespoon of Cuminum cyminum contains 23 calories; 3 grams of carbohydrate, most of which is fiber; 1 gram of fat; and 1 gram of protein. It is a popular spice in Ayurvedic medicine and it is used for digestive issues such as indigestion, bloating, diarrhea,
gas, morning sickness, stomach pain, and nausea. A compound in cumin called thymol is known to stimulate the glands that produce digestive enzymes, acids, and bile.
Zingiber Officinale:
It is widely used in gastrointestinal disorders, particularly dyspepsia. It is used in hyperactive states of gut- like colic and diarrhea due to its calcium antagonist effect. Zingiber Officinale encourages food to move from the stomach to the small intestine by stimulating the action of digestive juices and also eases bloating and flatulence. It is particularly beneficial to those with chronic indigestion problems also known as dyspepsia.
Fennel:
It helps you fight a range of gastrointestinal problems such as indigestion, colic, stomach ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome. Fennel was known as excellent sources of nature antioxidants and contributed to the daily antioxidant diet.
Peppermint:
It reduces symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Peppermint oil contains L-menthol, which blocks the calcium channels in smooth muscle cells. This reduces spasms in the gastrointestinal muscles. Peppermint oil is as effective as prescription antispasmodics.

Dosage:
Adults: Two tea spoons three times a day
Children: One tea spoon three times a day or as prescribed by a physician.
